Call Logging not working on 308

I have it set up to log all calls and it logs about 1 call per week.
When it is set up to log unanswerred calls or answerred calls, it works,but not for all calls.

What have I missed?

basically the log for the entire system?
Line log association maybe.

Yeah, the log all option.
I have it set to log all calls on all lines assigned to ext 10 and it rarely logs anything.
 
that is really odd, does ext 10 ring? if not then it might not log I am not sure any more.

Extension 10 ring immediately on all lines. I know, it's a bit bizarre for such an uncomplicated feature
