Call Logging and Call Recording using a Panasonic KX-NCP500

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how hard it would be or how to go about setting up call logging and call recording from our Panasonic KX-NCP500 phone system.

We are aware of third party software but was hoping we might be able to develop something ourselves or at least understand the technology behind it.

Panasonic do some software called Communications Assistant which I think for the basic version is free. Does anyone know where I can get hold of it?

Hey Dave,
This really depends on who your VOIP service provider is. They should offer instructions on how to set this up with a wide verity of phone systems. Or do you use SIP trunks?
