Slightly off topic but was wondering what people are using for Call Accounting?
We have been using CTI / Enghouse Proteus Enterprise but are looking to move away.
Solution would need to be compatible with Openscape 4000 V7 and CUCM 11.5
As well as logging, fraud alerting is a big thing for us.
Looking for On-Premise solutions. Cloud solutions are problematic (GDPR etc).
