Call log question 2

Is there any way to make the calls in a call log appear with the most recent first instead of the oldest coming first? Cust with a call log of 100 complaing of having to scroll through all calls to get to the most recent calls...

Nope.

It stinks, but new calls that have not been looked at are first as new then to the back they go. Lower the log size is one thing you could try.

Yep. I never assign more than 50, and usually try to talk the customer into about 20 for just that reason.
