Call Log Password Reset on m3903 Handset

Folks,

Does anybody know something I don't in regards to resetting a call log password on an m3903 handset? I've tried

CPWD l s c u

in LD 32 and then

12345678

as the password, to no avail.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Probably a stupid question, but did you use the correct TN?

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Yep,

Triple-checked it. Tried DISU / ENLU then CPWD but no joy. Moved the handset to a different card too. Must be a faulty handset I guess. Just tried here in case there's something I'm missing.

that looks correct - but you just enter the cpwd l s c u

no need to enter the 12345678

then got to the set and press directory/log and try the password 12345678

Had the same issue with a user and CPWD worked as described in the manual.

cpwd l s c u

This was on a Option 61C release 25.04.
