I have an older (approx 7yrs) M3000 phone which was recently unplugged during a remodel of our area. After re-connecting it, the "call log" function now requires a password to continue (which wasn't the case prior to being disconnected).

Is there a default password that I can enter so that I can regain this function? Is it something I can do myself on my handset? Our telecommunications area doesn't seem to remember what to do with these phones(very few were installed), so if it requires some intervention on their part, can someone list all the steps that they would need to follow? I appreciate any help that I can get on this.

After you reset it in LD 32, it will be set to 12345678. You will need to input the new number and select unlock from the set.

Opps sorry. I didn't read the tread properly. My previous post is for the M3904 phones. Too much coffe.
