call log on phone after transfer

Hi,
a customer reported the following issue...

1) External number (for ex 0474 12 34 56) ringing on Extn203 (5420 phone)
2) Extn203 answers the call and transfers it to Extn204 (5420 phone) (Extn203 confirms the transfer after 204 accepts it)
3) Extn204 + the external party finish the conversation

Now, using an IPO406 soft 4.2(20)
-> When checking the incoming, aswered log on Extn204, it shows: Extn203 - 0474 12 34 56

So, this is correct. Extn204 received a call from 203 (which transferred the 0474 12 34 56).

However, when using soft 4.2(23) (or higher, tested till 5.0(18) -> the log shows:
Extn203 - Extn203 (so, no CLIP info availably anymore)

I don't think there's an option to see the CLIP info running the latest software, but maybe someone has an idea, or had the same complaint?

PS. when transferring the call (without waiting till Extn204 accepts the call), the call log is 'correct' - even on 5.0+ softw. (so, the call log on 204 shows the external CLIP)

 
This is program intend as avaya says and will not be changed in the future unless a lot of new feature requests are send in by authorized distributors.
 
That's Avaya code talk for "Another feature we added broke this and we can't be bothered to fix it at the moment" :)
