Call Log on IP 2004

I have a quick question reguarding the call log on a IP 2004 set I have it turned on and everything is logging
properly but I noticed when I try to dial one of the logged calls by pressing the dial softkey the system is only outpulsing 7 digits and I am in a 10 digit dialing area also there is a copy softkey when pressed it says not in service??? Please advise
