I just wanted to check to see if I was imagining things. Nortel's call log was always silly in that it worked FIFO (First In/First Out), so when you're looking for a call you had to start from the the beginning and then work your way up to the last call. If you went past what you were looking for you could use * to back up. The software version 30DHC12NAT I believe is either 7.0 or 7.1 but I thought that somehow Nortel had finally corrected it so that you'd see the last record first and go back through the calls in reverse chronology.

Comments? No such luck? Or is it that I have 7.0 and it's fixed on 7.1?

Thanks!

Well I can comment lol

I dont recall them changing it.
It was not broke to begin with in my opinion.
For me I want to insure a first call first reply so I want to see who called two days ago and not today since 2 days ago is priority.
So I am on Nortel Engineers side of the fence on this one.

As for * and # it works as far back as 4.1 that I know of.

From 4.1 and 7.1 SYS COORD Guides
To view your log
1. Press F812. The display shows the number of previously
read items (old) and the number of new, unread items (new) in the log.
2. Press * or OLD to view old items. Press # or NEW to view new items.
3. Press 0 or RESUME to display the last item you viewed, the last time
you viewed your Call Log.

Your version is 7.1
