x221 is a member of a hunt group - is that why call log info is not being displayed? (Feat 813 - yes I programmed it for 50 call records)
Is there another solution? Customer needs to see missed calls displayed.

? You mean purchase that package just for them to see this.
Anything else practical with existing features?

Is that in the section under terminals and sets where you set the 'buffer' size of the number of calls?

You also need caller display ID to log the calls otherwise it does not work.

Got that - so is the problem that x221 is part of a hunt group?

Test it first by taking 221 out off the Hunt group and assign a target line with a DDI number.
See if it logs the call"" calls for you"" will be displayed if setup correctly..

Then put it back into the hunt group and see if it works

Thanks Snowman What is a DDI number? I have worked with target lines with PRI. This particular customer has three POTS lines - thats all.

DDI (Direct Dial Inward Number) or DID (Direct Inward Dial Number) is a range of numbers that a compamy have reserved / purchased from the telephone providor to allow inward calls to be made direct to a user without having to be answered by the Operator or Hunt Group etc.

Because your customer only has Analogue lines, then this can't be provided.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Use the BCM Line monitor and check that you can see the actual CLID appearing when a call comes in.
This will prove you are receiving it from the Telco..

If using Analogue (pots) lines then assign the lines to appear and ring at 221 to test the caller id..remember to tick the clid box against the line at this extn..

You will have to remove the lines from the hunt group to test this..

If all is well then remove the lines from extn 221 and reassign them back to the hunt group.

Have ago and see what happens.

Caller ID should pass through the huntgroup extns display..

Yes I am definitely seeing CLID from telco on x221 display.
It just will not log calls
