call log on 4620

When I'm using the call log function on the 4620 phone and I try to call one of the numbers of the "missed calls", automatically the system puts some digits in front of my missed number (91).

ex: missed call = 002xxx xxxx

called number = 91002xxx xxxx

The call fails of course.

Where is he getting the digits he puts in front of my missed number?
