Call Log / M 3903

Good morning. Call log display on a M3903 does not show any calls received by the primary extension. When you hit the call log button it advances to the callers list but there are no entries even after consecutive calls after are termintated to the primary extension. Class of service or key programming that I am missing in order for the call log to work. First thought it was the phone but moved to another location and the call log shows calls received.

On the 3903 can you arrow down to one call then press the right arrow button to see who called? On the 3904's you can do this but you also see 3 calls on the LCD not just one as the 3903's have.
