Call log for specific number for last two weeks.

Hello All,

New to the CS1000 and I got a request today to pull Call logs for a specific number for last two weeks. Does anyone have any idea to do this? Basicily we are watching someone at work and who she is calling and the boss wants a record of the last two weeks of outgoing and incoming calls for that number.

Do you have any type of call accounting system? If not then you are out of luck.

You need to have a call accounting system and turn on CDR for your incoming and outgoing trunk routes. Then have the output go to a Spare TTY port hat has CTY for a user.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
