Call Log empty

I have a user with a 3904 and the Call Log just stopped logging calls. It used to work but when you pull up the Call Log, it is empty. I have checked the Call Log options and it is set to log all calls. Her Redial Log shows up okay but not the Call Log for incoming calls. I have disabled and re-enabled the phone but no luck. I have unplugged the phone and plugged it back in, no luck. Any ideas?

When you say fwvu x x x x, the x's mean the TN, correct?
