Call Log Display - Avaya 9630 1

Recently we upgraded our 9630 deskphones to S3.102s

After this the Call Log on the avaya phones no longer displays the same as the previous firmware.

Before the upgrade it would show the caller of a vdn.

For example "Joe Bloggs to New Helpdesk Call"

Now the call log just shows New Helpdesk Call even though when the call comes in it still shows on the call apprance as "Joe Bloggs to New Helpdesk Call"

How do i change this back is it a setting in the 46xx File?

Did you try to modify system-parameters feature
Store VDN Name in Station’s Local Call Log ?
This parameter specifies if Communication Manager sends a message telling the telephone to store the VDN name or the calling party’s name in the station call log.
Valid entries -y/n
y Communication Manager sends a message telling the telephone to store the VDN name in the station call log.
n Communication Manager sends a message telling the telephone to store the calling party’s name in the station call log. This is the default setting.
