Hi Guys,i have couple of questions i have bcm50 questions are:
1. I put Call log button on I2002 phones but when i press that button,it says no logs available though i used the phone for out/in calls and i already set call log limits,is there any config that i missed to make this work?
2. Recall Timer,i set up a target line with 5 extns as answer DN,user complaining that when the target line rings and he is engaged at that moment then he hangs up the phone to pick the call,he needs to wait for 3 rings before he can pick up the call,seems that the phone didnt release straight away.
