We had a power outage recently and several of the 9620/9630 phones are having some issues.
Their call log only shows calls since the power outage and the Backup/Restore option in the Advanced Options menu is missing.
Their xxxx_96xxdata file shows the date of the power outage.
It seems the http server either didn't restart immediately or stopped working shortly after the outage. We restarted the http server and thought everything was fine until people started reporting call log issues.
If I unplug their phone it will see the http server and the Backup/Restore option returns but, of course, it restores their call log from before the power outage and loses the call log entries since the outage.
My question: Is there a way to save their call log that is on the phone? We'll probably have to reboot these phone but the uses would like to keep their recent calls in the log.
