I have a user who when they access the call log on a 3904, it asks for a administrative password. I could have sworn I have asked/searched this before but I cant find anything. Anyways, I know there is a LD to go into to have this removed from the handset, just need a refresher on that process. Thanks!

Taurus set users can protect their personal directory with a password. If they forget the password the command CPWD in LD32 will reset the password to the default, which is 12345678 (the rls 25 NTP gives this information but the rls 24 NTP does not).
