CAll Log 45 minutes fast on 2002P2

I tried looking around at past threads first. Cannot find anything. Customer's phone shows 9 AM. Call teh phone and purpoely ignore the call. Check teh call log and it shows a missed call from 45 minutes in the future. Ever heard of this and know what to look for please?
