Call Listen

After upgrading to 2.1.27 the call listen feature is not working. My monitor group is specified and a button with the action of calllisten, telephone number of the extension is set.
When I attempt to listen I hear static and see 2 lines in call status appear one with a green arrow and one with a small red line and two dots. Any ideas?

This is a known bug in 2.1.27. There's a patched version of 2.1.27 that it has been fixed on, and 2.1.3x will be coming very soon as well.

Also, a workaround was to hit the pound key again after you enter the shortcode and extension number. At least, that worked for us.

However, a conference would be set up that never was removed when you hung up, which after a while could cause issues.
