Call Listen not working

Help please. I just upgraded to 4.0 and call Listen stopped working. I get "Number Busy" on the phone display. the text below appears in Monitor. I had tried everything with NO luck. any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I've logged the same with Avaya - are they agents/hotdeskers you are trying to monitor?

That is correct. The problem applies to Agents who are setup with HotDesking.
What is interesting, I am able to monitor these agents if I program one of the monitoring phone buttons to monitor a specefic agent. This will not work since there are more than 30 agents (not enough buttons).
please keep me posted with what Avaya comes back with.
