In one department when we have a user listening to other users for training purposes and a call comes in to the same huntgroup, the user monitoring the call is disconnected the instant the new incoming call is answered by anyone.
For example
- x1234 is listening to x1235
- New call comes through to their huntgroup, x1236 answers the call
- x1234 gets disconnected from listening to x1235
