Can any on think of a way to do this on IPOffice
Step 1
The call centre agent makes an out bound call to a customer and starts a survey The survey questions are about products and services and may take up to 20 minutes "you know the ones where they ring you at dinner time or during a good TV program"
Step 2
Once the agent is on a call the supervisor dials in and performs a Call Liston (Monitor) on the agent.
Step 3
The Supervisor then wants to be able to conference in the client so the client can Listen first hand to how their market survey is going.
The feature we require is Step 3,
What we would like
Once the Supervisor has started the Listen feature they should be able to hold and make another call from Phone Manager and conference in a third part so they can listen to the agents call.
