We have begun migrating from an NEC system to an Option 81, using lots of i2004 and 3904 sets. One of the features everyone likes is the "call list" that shows who called you while you were away.
Many of our phones though have multiple ringing line appearances, especially in workgroups. One thing we noticed is that if I'm x1111 and I have x2222 as a ringing line on a key on my phone, my caller list shows the call counts and originating numbers for anyone who called either line. One would think it would only show calls to the prime DN of that set on key 0. Is this just how it works or is there a programming trick that will stop it?
