We have an outgoing call center, and I have noticed that several outgoing calls are getting blocked due to the fact that the called party has blocked private numbers.
I have confirmed that all sets are set to CLBD, and most of the calls are not a problem. However, occasionally the issue repeats itself.
Is there anyway of specifing call line block at the channel level on the PRI? I'm guessing one of our pri may be blocking, and any calls goiing over that pri are displaying as 'private number'
