We have an outgoing call center, and I have noticed that several outgoing calls are getting blocked due to the fact that the called party has blocked private numbers.

I have confirmed that all sets are set to CLBD, and most of the calls are not a problem. However, occasionally the issue repeats itself.

Is there anyway of specifing call line block at the channel level on the PRI? I'm guessing one of our pri may be blocking, and any calls goiing over that pri are displaying as 'private number'
 
Print CLID in ld 21 and see how many tables you have setup for caller ID also each set can be assign to individual CLID table.
 
first identify which trunk teh call goes out on - when there is a problem, just put the call on hold adn take it back, that gives the trunk id. And see if you can recreate the problem

In a PRI all configurations are done per trunk and NOT per channel.

Does the CO switch block or allow ANI information to pass out?
