Call issue - loops back to originators AA

Hi guys,


I'm facing a problem with 1 specific location dialing another location. When we enter the extension of receiving side, my logs show that the To=/From= flip and I end up at my AA instead of the receivers dialed extension.

Has anyone encountered anything like this?
