I am trying to Restore a CP 201i Rls 5.0. I have the Image CDs but it keeps booting to DOS instead of starting the Ghost Imaging. I am by no means a DOS guy so I am lost. How do I get this to start the imaging process?

Thanks

You may need to get the CallPilot document(NTP) that should help you.

It is supposed to boot to DOS with the Image CD installed in the drive. Navigate to the Z drive and enter command image.bat. That should kickoff the ghost imaging. But as cluesabc suggests, get out the NTP and go by it.

restart the CallPilot with CD or DVD callPilot image, when it display (BOOT ROM DOS) press Y to start using DVD or CD drive...
confirm with Y to reimage the CP software...then the install begin

Good luck

yes, start the BOOT-ROM

Select 1 for the SCSI-CD
This will take you to the A: prompt
Type z: enter to get to the CD Drive
type image.bat and it will start.

doing one now as I type.
