I have a tda 100 that only displays 7 digits on incoming calls, and I'm not very familiar with this system. Being very familiar with Nortel, is there a setting for CID matching digits, or something like that. These are only POTS lines, so would that just mean that the CO is only sending me 7 digits?

I have the manual to program on a phone, and on a pc, but all of the software I've found can't connect via serial. It installs fine, and whenever I try to connect, a message pops up that says that the software version isn't compatible with the phone system version. I don't know how to find out the software version through a phone, or if that's even possible.
