Call ID Log 1

Avaya Processor R5.0 Is it possible to have more that one extension display the Caller ID Log. Extension 10 and 12 are in same room. For Extension 10 (main call taker position), I programmed Procedure #318 (Log Line Association) and #319 (Log All Calls). I assigned a button with lights and programmed that button Caller ID Call Logging and Dialing F23.

For Extension 12 I made it Log Answered Calls, Log Answered Calls (Procedure #317) and Procedure #318 (Log Line Association).

I'm assuming it would be redundent to have Extension 10 have both Log All Calls and Log Answered Calls.

As long as x10 and x12 ring on inbound calls they should both capture all calls. Extension 10 will via Log All Calls. Extension 12 will with Log Answered Calls. By defualt, x12 will log all missed calls. So, as long as #318 is programmed for both then they will both log all calls.
