A customer has given me a nightmare of a task. The have 300+ sites each site has a unique id. On their previous systems they used to dial a prefix then their site ID i.e. 0555/ 0679/ 0943... I managed to do this by building a big routing table which works well! Their next project they want if for us to get the system to display the name of the number they are dialling?..? Is there anyway to do this?
