I want to route a number over a PRI to a system and have it show the same caller id info regardless of who calls the number. Example: I want anyone to be able dial 4567 and have it show the same 4 digits across the PRI to the system every call. The system is looking for a DNIS to start a automated function and needs to see a certain 4 digits to start the application.

Perhaps you can create a phantom DN/TN and have the default call forward (DCFW) number set to the destination?

Then everyone rings the phantom and the phantom TN forwards the call to the destination hence always using the same number?

Just a thought - might be a better way ? ?
