Does anyone know if this type of scenario is possible?

We would need a service number(hotline) in our office.
During the business hours from Monday – Friday 8 A.M. until 6 P.M., the calls from our customers will be forwarded to mobile number. After the business hours the customer call will be forwarded to voice mailbox, where he can leave a message for a call back. The switch between business and no business hours, should happen automatically without user intervention and only for a one extension number.

Our Mitel partner told us, that this scenario is not possible for only one extension number.
We could use the Day/Night1 service, but that affect’s all users.

2x ICP 3300 Cluster
Software Release 9.0 UR2 (9.0.2.17)
No Voice Mail Networking licenses
No ACD agent licenses

Thanks !

Your Mitel partner needs to brush up on his skills.

You do not mention if Enterprise Manager/ Ops is installed but I will assume this is so due to the fact the systems are clustered.

The 3300 can selectively route (or not) any combination of 1 to all extensions in night mode.

In Day mode the station would route to a speedcall, in night to voicemail. No Problem.

OPSMan can be used to automatically set the ringing mode.

Done.

Yes, we are using OPSManager. I'll discuss this with my partner.

Thanks for your help!
