Our Dental clinic has a hunt group with 3 extensions setup in a key system making up Lines 1,2,3. We would like the ability to put a call on hold for 60 seconds before it recalls back to the handset.

The lines are extension 5001,5002,5003, but they arent listed in the Station Attributes form, for me to change the class of service of these numbers.

Any help, would be great.

thanks

System Type?
System Software?

Loopylou assumes 3300 and the suggestion only applies to more recent SW revisions.

Even with those assumptions being correct, the hold timer is unlikely to be goverened by the COS of the hunt group. I would try setting the hold timer of the trunk to 60 seconds.

Of course, my suggestion also assumes a 3300.

I have a newer 3300 w/ MCD 4.

ahh, forgot about the ability to adjust the COS of a Hunt Group. To kwbMitel's point, the default huntgroup COS is blank, so not sure if that will work, but will test it tomorrow.

thanks for tip

Don't forget the call hold timer and callback timer in the trunk COS

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

changing cos on hunt group did it.

thanks
