Is there any way to review the number of calls placed on hold and the length of time that they remained on hold with CallManager? I do not have IPCC or anything like that just plain vanilla CCM 3.3(3)... we are investigating getting some custom hold material produced and want to see how long our customers are actually on hold and if it is worth getting done!
