Call History

What load should I be in to do a call history? My OTM server is screwed up so I have to do it old school. Ive done it before but cant remember
 
The PBX itself does not store call history.

Don't be so confused! Get your vendor to replace the hard drive and reload the OTM in 4 maybe 5 hours. Configure it, re-sync it, and start collecting and printing records.
Everything up to now is lost anyway. If YOU want to spend 8, 10, 12 hours just to collect some records and sort through them to find a couple of extensions, that's your business.
