Call History softkey not connecting

I have a CS1000E 5.5 High Availability with caller softkey on the 1140 phones. When they press the caller key an error msg displays, Web Error Server Error. I have have checked the IP in the Signal Server field as the IP of Signal Server ELAN...what else should I check?

I would check and see if the Personal Directory is enabled in the Node
