Call History Key - External Calls

I have a Call History key programmed on an IP set that only saves missed incoming internal calls. It does not show missed incoming external calls. The CLI is presented in the display on external calls.
It is possible for the external calls to be stored.

The docs say you should get it all

Do any of the following apply?

Note: The following calls are not logged by the Call History feature:
- incoming ACD Calls and Personal calls from ACD agents
- calls to non-prime broadcast groups
- calls to a device that is forwarded/rerouted to "Always".

Incoming calls on the main number are on a 4 line DDI route.
The system speed call list translates to a Hunt group. This has 4 members which are multicall keys on 5 phones.
I only tested dialling the main number.
Is this the problem, does the call history only apply to the prime diectory number on the phone.
Each phone has its own DDI number that translates to is prime directory number, should this work.

The Docs say the the Call history does not apply to Non-Prime Broadcast Groups. I believe the Multicall key in your scenario is considered a Non-Prime Broadcast Group.

To Be certain you can use the maintenace command "Locate Number XXXX" where XXXX is the Multicall DN. It will tell you if the key is a non-prime Group
