I have a Nortel 11C EPABX which I am using to forward local calls to a central call centre EPABX.
The arrangement I am doing is, the customer calls on a communicated number which lands on a CO trunk.
This call is forwarded via R2MF link through the PSTN cloud to a destination number which is a PRI link at the far side.( I have to keep the R2MF link because I have a DTI card and want to avoid investing in the PRI card).
When the customer hangs, the call does not get released on the Nortel EPABX and the trunk stays occupied.
Pls help with any specific setting for Call Disconnect Supervision.
