Call Handling Issues 1

I have a person that is using a T7310 and for some reason when her phone rings, she has to push a line to pick up the call and manually push the release button when she hangs up. This just started happening. I am a novice at this system and I am sure it is just a call handling fluke. I have looked everywhere but can't seem to find what would fix it. I have been given the phone systems as part of my support base and I am starting from scratch here.

Sounds like the handset is plugged into the headset jack.
This is a common problem just put it back in the handset
jack and you should be back in business.
