Call Handler will not update recording

Created a Call Handler in Unity for an information line and recorded the standard "operating at normal" message for employees, however can not get the recording to update on the extension, any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your help.

make sure you are saving the recording afterwards. also make sure you are recording the correct call handler.

Also make sure you are recording on the Greeting page, not the at Name of the Callhandler.
