Does anyone know what call guard is on a business line? Is it simply a feature code used by the customer to deny incoming toll, collect or otherwise in addition to controlling outbound LD? This is not a PBX or KSU customer.

Thanks!

If this is provided by the Telco, the Bell System called it, TBE-A, or Toll Billing Exception type A. The USOC was used to block collect and 3rd party calls from a line or a block of DID numbers.
