call group's night message changes and auto-forwarding help

I am a new user to the Nortel /Norstar pbx system. I work for several different buildings that have different systems. My question is in regards to Nortel. There is a group that at 5pm, they switch their phones to a Healthline. That's it. What they are requesting is to be able to have an after-hours greeting, saying hours of the company, and also be able to choose (for example..) "Press 1 to reach Mary Jo/ext.1234. Press 2 if you are sick and need urgent care, Press 3 if you need etc." They want the callers to be able to have options to press before being forwarded to the company's Healthline. So I guess my whole question is, is it possible for a clinic to forward all calls at night to a greeting, in which nothing is pressed at all, to be then automatically forwarded after the greeting to the healthline number/extension? If so, can you please provide the step by step instructions? It would be much appreciated. I am pretty sure they are on Nortel system...not Norstar.

You need to be more specific about what equipment you have. When you say Nortel, what specific system are you talking about ? What voicemail do you have ? The call handling is not that big a thing, depending on what you have.
 
it is on the BCM450 system...is what I was told...does that help?
 
meridian voicemail I believe...cinphony, infocus...not exactly sure but its one of those.
 
If it's a BCM450, you should ask this on the BCM forums. And maybe just call your provider, because it's going to be virtually impossible to help you if you can't be specific.
