Have an ACS 6.0 with Large PC VM
Have option 2 on the auto attendant set to ring call group 72. 2 extensions are in this group.
I thought the call would hit the voicemail of the lowest extension in the group after the set amount of rings, but no dice.
Is that because it is only the PC mail?
Is there a work around for this?

PC card mail won't give you coverage for the groups.

If you mis-program #306 (Transfer Return Extension) for the VM ports (78 and 79) by setting them to themselves, the call will transfer from the AA to the group, ring, and then return to the VM port that did the transfer. Not finding a matching mailbox, you will get a recording. I don't remember on Card Mail if it will automatically go to the Operator, or will tell you that you can not leave a message now, and give you the option of transferring to the Operator.

The only other way around it is to loop a station to a CO port, make that station part of the calling group, put that "line" on an extension, and make the extension the Line Owner to cover it.
