My mind has gone blank re this but basically we have a telephone number that come in that goes straight to i2002 phones loacated in our other office, it then rings on one but if that is engaged move to another extension.

its no longer needed to do that but i can remeber how to remove it nor can i remeber what call group number was any ideas???
 
if it's in ght, ld 20 prt ght.. is it a did? if not look at your routes to see if one of them is auto yes.. then your trunk would have that dn as a atdn.. it can be in the idc table as well.. ld 49 prt idc..
