BCM 40 R4. Destination code 9 uses PRI. Call forward external used to work. F4,9 1800xxx-xxxx. If I set a phone to call fwd external and you intercom the phone it will do the external call. When I call in thru auto attndt and dial the extension it drops the call. I've looked at the basics in telephony cap. of extensions have allow redirect.
Could this be a telco issue? In monitor I see the call come in, and just when it goes to transfer the call drops. Any ideas?
