Call fwd to a cell phone

I am Working on an option 61.
Extension 555 (2616) is forwarded to a cell phone. Most calls are forwarding properly. Internal calls, external inbound calls from a T-1 that hit the auto-attendant first and then transfer to 555 and transferred calls all forword to the cell phone as they should.
But they have 4 pots lines that ring directly to 555 and they will not forward. Those calls will ring to the operator phone phone instead of the cell phone. If forwarding is cancelled then they ring back to 555 as they should. Here is a printout of the station and trunks in question.

I have tried changing the ncos of the trunks to 5 but that didn't work.
On the trunks I have also tried changing the supn (Supervision) to yes, and styp to bts and it still doesn't work.
I have also tried to forward the call over various trunk groups (using the acod number from the RDB) instead of using a 9 to outdial and that didn't work either.

The first question I would have for you is can you forward that phone to another 4 digit extension?

If you can the first thing I would check is your NET DATA and check to see if TRNX and EXTT is set to yes.

Before you set you phone to forward to the ACOD did you set the phone up as a Maintenance phone. CLS- MTA UNR and change the TGAR to 0 from 1.

If that didn't work try building a ACD or Phanton TN that is call forwarded to the cell number.
