I'm sorry to open the same thread.
Scenario:
The call to station A (boss1) must be forwarded to station B (secretary1) so, when station C (user) calls station A, the call must be fowarded to station B and no ringing is allowed on station A. When station B calls station A, the ringing is allowed.
Now, when station D (boss2) calls station A (boss1), the ringing in station A is allowed and the boss1 could be answer this call. Only boss can calls directly other boss.
And, station B (secretary1) isn't allowed to call Station D (boss2). Station B (secretary1) calls only station F (secretary2).
I'm using SAC/CF Override by Team Btn? y Priority Call? n Dialing? y in COR X (boss). And in station B (secretary) I allowed SAC/CF Override to "yes" in Enhanced Call Forwading and and I created a Team Button to boss1. The only problem this configuration is that station B (secretary1) could to call station D (boss2)directly.
thanks in advanced,
Edson
