Call Fwd Imm

I have a customer with a DS2000. When station 300, main answer position, puts call fwd imm to another station, nothing happens. Station 300 hunts to a group of other stations after the second ring usually. This appears to be occurring even when call forward imm is implemented. Is there anyway to solve this problem and still maintain hunting in normal mode?
