Having problem getting CLID of the incoming outside caller to pass through PBX to the outside caller. Caller ID of the incomming caller will pass when the desk phone user call forwards phone directly to outside cell phone. When we have the inside desk phone user cfw to an ACD or phontom which is directly forwarded to cell phone we lose the CLID of the incoming caller and only receive the extension of the desk phone user.
