Call fwd always profile NOT VALID

Hi

We have an issue with setting up the call fwd using the application on 5320 IP sets. The following log is generated:

The users are hot desk users which we recently imported in to a new cluster. They all have call fd internal / external enabled in their COS.

Some users work fine and others don't!?! Base sets also work fine.

If we set the users up in the more traditional way ie using a call fwd always key and programming in the number it works fine so COS & COR are ok.

3300 is on MCD4 SP2.

Any ideas?

you say COS & COR are ok but 5320's (and others in 53xx range) require additional COS options above 'standard' sets like 5312/24.
Have you enabled 'HCI/CTI/TAPI MONITOR ALLOWED' & 'HCI/CTI/TAPI CALL CONTROLL ALLOWED'?

Yes both the options are enabled in the users COS.

We had a similar problem (call forwarding on 5330's) today following a crash reboot of the 3300; a further (planned) reboot seems to have resolved the issue.
